Firmly believing that financial constraint should never stop meritorious students from getting quality education, Lovely Professional University (LPU) is continuing its large scholarship program this year too. An applicant can get scholarship up to Rs 4 Lakh depending upon the program. LPU scholarship program has benefitted thousands of students from globe across and scholarships worth Rs.250 Crores have been distributed over the years since launching of the scholarship program. A large number of applications received for admissions this year indicate worldwide popularity of LPU, and it has marked Jalandhar as a hub of quality higher education.

"We have launched a very liberal scholarship program in the name of the founder Chairman of Lovely Group Late Shri Baldev Raj Mittal. We are happy that we have made this program available to a large number of students, near 25000, as we do not want that a meritorious student be held back from receiving quality education," says Ashok Mittal, Chancellor, LPU. Illustrative, scholarship and LPU special Financial Aid program LPU-TFA (Test for financial Aid) can be applied for more than 150 programs, ranging from diploma programs to post- graduate ones. Scholarship is also available as per rank in JEE (Main), XAT, NATA, CAT, GATE NEET, MAT & GPAT. In addition, State Level Entrance Tests for various Programs of Diploma, Engineering and MBA programs are also considered for scholarship.
