Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta is a US-trained, highly-qualified, Board-Certified Neurologist, specializing in Headache Medicine and Vascular Neurology. Moreover, Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta is a Visiting Professor at the prestigious New York Medical College in the United States, and an accomplished expert across four American Boards, which include Neurology, Vascular Neurology, Neurosonology, and Headache Medicine, an impressive and rare achievement.
She also pursued her MBA in Healthcare Management from George Washington University and was awarded 'Neurologist of the Year' at the India Health and Wellness Summit by the Union Health Minister in December 2014 for her achievements in the field of Neurology. Dr. Sonia was also recognized with the Times Healthcare's "Young Achievers Award" in 2017 by Dr. Lily Engineer from Johns Hopkins University. Recently, Dr. Sonia has been awarded the Financial Express Visionary Leadership Award (FE Visionary Leaders) at the second edition of the Financial Express Digital Health Conclave.

Sonia Lal Gupta MD, MBA, FACP is a highly accomplished Neurologist with a specialization in Headache Medicine and Vascular Neurology. With over 10 years of experience in the US, Dr. Gupta currently practices at Metro Hospital and Heart Institute in Noida, and MP Heart Clinic in GK1, New Delhi. She is also a Visiting Professor of Neurology at New York Medical College in the USA. Dr. Gupta's contributions to healthcare go beyond clinical practice.
She is the Director of the Metro Group of Hospitals, overseeing 12 hospitals with more than 2500 beds across North India. She is also the Managing Director of the Metro College of Health Sciences and Research, which offers courses in Nursing, Pharmacy, and Paramedical Sciences, and has over 750 students enrolled.
