Today, competitive pressure is forcing the organizations to look for the ways and means for improving their processes so that the quality of the products and services improve, waste reduces, and customer satisfaction increases. Qualimations is a consulting company with emphasis on mentoring and supporting organizations to maximize revenue and achieving their business objectives. "High competition is going to be the order of today's and future business, only the one who shall adapt to changes would survive and sustain. It is from this perspective that businesses are hooked to Six Sigma in the last few years. There is a surge in Six Sigma projects during the last two decades," says T. J. Jayakrishnan, Founder and CEO, Qualimations.

Qualimations considers the background of each candidate and evaluates the need of additional support in the form of examples or pre course work, which helps in satisfying the specific needs of each of the candidates.

Though there are many quality-engineering philosophies in the past, nothing has been as effective as the Six Sigma process. The reason for this is in the strategic approach and the closeness to business that is adopted into the practice of Six Sigma. "We provide usable ideas that allow you to provide Influence, innovate and to challenge. This translates into higher efficiency, speed to market and beat competition," claims Harikrishnan, Six Sigma Lead Consultant, Qualimations.

Qualimations, which was started as a group of consultants deeply involved with Quality Engineering and supported in testing, auditing, inspection, training and certification in India and in the Middle East, has achieved a great level of success in its endeavor. The technical consulting and training on Quality Assurance and Quality Control was started in the year 2008. The Six Sigma and Revenue Management (Pricing, Forecasting and Optimization)were added in the year 2010 and today they have logically extended this to training and certification in Robotic process Automation.

"Qualimations is a good example of industry-institution fusion. The trainers are experienced in the industry and are given enough practice and training on how to convert their knowledge into drivers that deliver the best training and certification," says Vinoth another Industry expert trainer with Qualimations. Though most of the non-corporate certification is done with employment and career growth in mind, Qualimations insists practical applications, simulations, accompanying the consultants to work place and review of industry projects. "Qualimations provides excellent six sigma training and exciting marriage of marketing and technology, employing science and mathematics," says G. Ramanathan, Head of Lean, Daimler Benz.

Qualimations considers the background of each candidate and evaluates the need of additional support in the form of examples or pre course work, which helps in satisfying the specific needs of each of the candidates. "When Lean methodologies are taught it is good to give specific examples based on the industry the candidate represents. The Training book is not a text book but a work book with case studies that shall be updated with data, graphs, analysis, inferences and key notes based on the information they bring from their domain," explains Arunachlam, Consultant and Expert trainer.
