SCMS Cochin was established in 1992. In the year 1998, realizing changing economic scenario in global management system, the institute collaborated with universities from all over the globe for curriculum development, teaching and students exchange. This arrangement greatly enhanced the institute's quality level and provided an international exposure to the students. This exposure also bagged SCMS the most coveted OMAC Paris award and STAR NEWS Singapore award for infrastructure and quality of education.
The faculty and management go beyond the realms of teaching and training. This aspect makes this institution one of the top management study destinations for students across the country. The institute conducts programs such as seminars, workshops, expert's talks and outbound trainings on a weekly basis to ensure that students are always engaged in co-curricular activities.
