Her core competencies include people management, knowledge based application and articulation of skills, effective pedagogy, coaching and mentoring. Her research areas include Entrepreneurship, Small and Medium Enterprises, Micro credit, and Women's empowerment. She brings with her, 5 years of Industry experience in Marketing research and Human Resource Development.
