Dr. Cen Huang is Executive Director of International Relations and Recruitment and Assistant Vice-President (International), and an adjunct professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Alberta. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of the International Centre at the University of Calgary. Dr. Huang received her Ph.D. in Comparative Education from the University of Calgary in 1995, and holds Master of Education Philosophy and Master of University Administration from the University of Glasgow.
