NEET UG State Quota Counselling Dates Out – Check Key Schedule

  • All India Quota choice filling opens July 22; result on July 31.
  • State quota counselling starts July 30; joining ends August 12
  • UG medical classes to begin from September 1, 2025.

The counselling schedule for state quota seats for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET UG 2025 has been published on the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), mcc.nic.in.

According to the timetable, the initial phase of counselling will take place from July 30 to August 6, with the final date for joining being August 12. States will confirm the information of joined candidates on August 13 and 14.

The academic year for undergraduate medical programs will commence on September 1.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the counselling schedule for All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Registration will be open from July 21 to July 28 (until 12 noon as per server time), with the payment facility available until 3:00 PM on July 28. Choice filling will begin on July 22 and continue until 11:55 PM on July 28, while choice locking will be allowed on July 28 between 4:00 PM and 11:55 PM.

The seat allotment process will take place on July 29 and 30, and the seat allotment results will be declared on July 31. Candidates who receive a seat must report or join between August 1 and 6, and the data of joined candidates will be verified by the institutes from August 7 to 8.

MCC counseling will occur in three phases, followed by a stray vacancy round. Applicants can view the complete timetable on the official site. Candidates can check the official MCC website for additional details.
