Technical education is a sought-after field of study in India, and the country is one of the largest producers of Engineers in the world. Due to growing globalization, there is a huge demand for engineering professionals in India and abroad. There has been an immense demand for engineering education, resulting in isomorphic growth in India's private engineering colleges/ institutions. Dr. KV Subba Reddy Institute of Technology, established in 2007 in Kurnool city, imparts quality technical education to produce competent, technically innovative engineers imbibed with research aptitude, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. The institute is also accredited with NAAC A+ grade and their department of CSE is NBA accredited as well. It aims to develop professionals through innovative pedagogy focusing on individual growth, discipline, integrity, ethics, and social responsibility. In its 16 years of existence, the institution provided quality education with a nominal fee structure.

Focused on Innovation and Application
AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) is a nodal authority in India that focuses on the planning, dissemination, and formulation of technical education. Dr. KVSRIT follows the curriculum prescribed by the affiliating university, i.e., JNTUA, Anantapuramu. Students are taught to improve their communication skills and other related job skills under the guidance of experts from the industries concerned. A slight addition to the existing

curriculum yields positive results, and the students are equipped with the alternative of a software job along with the core job. Instead of just focusing on imparting theoretical knowledge, the Institute encourages the application of theory in practice. The Institute has software laboratories where there are opportunities to practice what is learned in the classroom. The Institute also has a Research Development cell that promotes applications and concepts which make the students suitable for the industry.

Students of all branches of B.Tech are offered an hour every day to avail of either the Digital Library or the Computer lab with 300 Mbps internet speed to master different languages, broadening their opportunities. The college offers residential facilities to all the students who want to avail this service. Students are taken on industry visits to become part of the actual system, and experts from the industry are invited to conduct workshops. Proper opportunities are given for Industry Visits, interaction with Guest faculties, and use of Digital Class Rooms, Digital Library, and Research and Development wing, making students better suited, groomed, and ready to take up any responsibility after the completion of their Course.

The role of a teacher is indispensable in any education system, hence most education systems are teacher-centric because the teacher acts as an inspiration, a motivator, a guide, and a model. The faculty at Dr. KVSRIT acts as mentors and guide students in their studies and personality development. The faculty accompanies the students to industries, exhibitions, and competitions and provides them opportunities to observe, study, and learn from their peers and elders. A good number of them reside with the students on the campus and are available all the time. Dr. KVSRIT promotes learning and research

and ensure that their faculty members know the latest developments in the engineering education sector.

About twenty Asst. Professors are pursuing the Research for Ph.D. Program from the JNT University. Dr. KVSRIT publish their Articles/Papers in various reputed Journals while following the Journals which offer the knowledge of the latest developments in the Engineering education sector. The faculty is in charge of the Research and Development cell, which keeps their knowledge up to date. They are encouraged to attend In-Service Training Programs organized by their fellow Colleges, Universities, AICTE, UGC, etc., for enhancement and up gradation of their knowledge. National Level Seminars are conducted at the Institute to exchange knowledge. Guest faculty from all parts of India helps them widen their thoughts and concepts and thus aid them catch hold of the latest developments in the Engineering sector.

Dr. KVSRIT will continue to nurture the students with fundamental engineering knowledge enriched with technical skills, creating a conducive environment to promote innovation and interdisciplinary research while fostering industry-institution partnerships leading to skill development and entrepreneurship.

He is a Scholar and a great Philanthropist of Rayalaseema who promotes art, culture, and drama. He was awarded 'The Jewel of India,' 'The BharathJyothi, ' and 'Annadatha' by renowned organizations. He has established several institutes in the Kurnool, Nandyal, and Chittoor districts of AP to offer cost-effective education to the students of the backward Rayalaseema region.
