Education (OBE) process combined with human values and ethics, focusing on soft-skills development so that students, when they pass out of the college are better equipped to fulfil all their expectations. Chandrashekar who holds an MS degree in Computer Engineering from the US explains, "There is definitely a requirement for engineers but you can't keep on harping on the old method of teaching because today technology is changing very rapidly. The shelf life of these technologies is very short. We have to stay abreast of what the industry expects as the students are going to become the workforce for the factories, companies, software or hardware industry and have to produce quality products using those new technologies.
