The University of Hong Kong (HKU) has unveiled a Full-Ride Scholarship for outstanding CBSE students. The opportunity was disclosed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Students who are interested can submit their applications at the official website - admissions.hku.hk.

The scholarship is available to students who have shown outstanding academic achievement in their CBSE exams, the results of which were announced on May 13. Qualified candidates must fulfill certain criteria specified in the official document, which includes minimum percentage requirements and enrollment in accredited institutions.

"CBSE is a National Board." Each year, numerous students from this institution are admitted into Professional Colleges through various National/State Level Entrance Examinations. These students excel significantly not just in professional colleges but also in their careers and social lives.

"With the implementation of New Education Policy -– 2020, CBSE has emphasis more on competency based education and assessment. Because of the quality education imparted by the affiliated schools and the performance of our students in STEM and other subjects, Higher Education Institutions abroad are extending several exemptions and supports to the students. These exemptions and support are being communicated to the schools to share this information with the students so as they could be benefited," an official notice state.
