IP University Admission Brochure 2026-27 Out; 24 New Courses

• IP University releases 2026–27 admission brochure outlining programmes, eligibility, entrance tests, and timelines for applicants nationwide.

The admission brochure for the 2026–27 academic sessions has been published by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University which people commonly refer to as IP University to start the admissions process for undergraduate and postgraduate and PhD programs.

The brochure was unveiled at a formal event in New Delhi which included attendance from the Delhi Education Minister and the university's Vice-Chancellor to present plans for admission through more than 230 academic programs which offer more than 43,000 seats at its university schools and affiliated institutions. The online application process will start on 2 February 2026.

For this upcoming session, IP University has significantly expanded its academic offerings by introducing 24 new courses which cover multiple fields including artificial intelligence and robotics and data science and law and medicine and design and special education and inclusive education.

The newly introduced programs include Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) BTech in Computer Science (AI and Data Science) MTech in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence BSc Clinical Psychology Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) MA Mass Communication (Weekend Programme) and various specialized teacher education programs.

The university intends to establish its curriculum by introducing new programs that will help students develop industry-relevant skills in emerging academic fields.

The admissions process will use university-level Common Entrance Tests (CETs) together with national entrance exams which include JEE Main and NEET and CAT and CMAT and NIMCET and CLAT and CUET to select applicants for available seats in specific undergraduate and postgraduate programs which include BTech courses.

The application process requires candidates who wish to apply to multiple courses to pay a single application fee. The official program brochure on the IP University website provides prospective students with detailed information about eligibility requirements and course details and examination procedures.

The university has developed an expanded academic slate together with a simplified admissions process to create better access for students from different academic fields who want to study at the university during the 2026-27 academic years.
