With an increasing interest in aesthetics, people have become more particular about the designs and the layout of the living or working area leading to an increasing demand for interior designers. In order to create a good space in the interior designing market, students need to be aware of the latest trends. Garware Institute of Career Education and Development is a learning space, which updates students with the day-to- day trends in the interior designing market. Established in 1984, in its journey of over 32 years, GICED has taken utmost care to maintain the quality of education. Skill development is one of the prime programs of the Nation today. Garware Institute of Career Education & Development realized this need in 1984 & started offering career-oriented skill based courses to students, even at under graduate level.

“We offer courses to highly focused and academically brilliant students, as well as suitable courses to students who do not have a great academic record. We train them to carve a career in industrial sectors,” says Prof Anil V Karnik, I/c Director, GICED. The syllabus is set in such a way that the interior designing course not only equips the students with the latest design aspects but also gives them the basic knowledge about the different types of architectures.
Hence, after the completion of diploma, the students are not only able to take up a career in interior designing but also in architecture. In addition to that, the institute has introduced programs in landscape design. Through this course, the institute aims at bringing people close to the nature. This is achieved year after year under the able expertise of Architect C.V.
