UPPSC PCS Recruitment 2026 Registration Begins

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has begun the online registration, process for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination; most people call it PCS 2026. This recruitment drive is kind of a doorway for applicants who are looking for administrative roles across different departments within the Uttar Pradesh government. The recruitment notification gives about 500 vacancies, spread across various Group A and Group B services. The count of available posts can shift later based on extra terms and requirements that arrive from the government departments. Overall the test cycle is set up to find and pick candidates who fit several administrative roles, like in education, labour, and social welfare, plus other state services.

The online application process starts on June 25, 2026 and the last day for paying the fee plus submitting the application form is July 27, 2026. UPPSC has made One Time Registration (OTR) mandatory for all candidates who are applying for PCS 2026, like it’s required. Also only those candidates who have a valid OTR number can open or access the application portal at all.
