IIM Raipur & Emeritus Launch Online General Management Program

The Indian Institute of Management Raipur has introduced the Advanced Certificate Programme in General Management in partnership with Emeritus.

The program is ideal for early to mid-level professionals such as managers, senior associates, and department heads aiming to fast-track their leadership development with strategic abilities, cross-disciplinary insights, and AI-enhanced decision-making.

It also serves entrepreneurs, founders, and business advisors looking to expand their businesses, drive innovation, and make decisions based on data.

Designed and led by the respected faculty at IIM Raipur, the Advanced Certificate Programme in General Management provides a blend of academic excellence and practical skills, empowering participants to enter leadership positions confidently in a digital-first environment.

Provided via live online and pre-recorded sessions, it presents a thorough curriculum that spans strategy, operations, marketing, HR, finance, and forward-looking topics such as AI, GenAI, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation. Participants develop strategic agility, digital fluency, and practical problem-solving abilities through case studies, mini projects, and experiential learning.

The program includes over 10 live faculty sessions, 6 specialized industry masterclasses covering topics such as leadership with AI, AI-driven business strategy, and the utilization of AI in areas such as finance, HR, and operations, along with an optional campus-networking event to foster strong academic involvement and peer interaction.

Participants will also receive IIM Raipur’s exclusive alumni status and career development services, which feature IIMJobs Pro membership, resume enhancement assistance, and interview readiness training.

The Executive Programme at IIM Raipur will begin on September 30, 2025, lasting for 12 months. Conducted via live and online sessions by respected faculty from IIM Raipur, the program targets graduates with a 10+2+3 qualification from a recognized university, which encompasses those accredited by UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, state administrations, or globally acknowledged universities

The cost of the program is INR 1,45,000 in addition to GST. After successfully finishing the programme and fulfilling the evaluation requirements, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion from IIM Raipur and attain the esteemed IIM Raipur Alumni Status.
