ISB Announces 250 Scholarships With Up to 100% Fee Waiver
The Indian School of Business launches the ISB25 Scholars Programme, offering 250 annual scholarships across PGP and PGP YL, with tuition-fee waivers ranging from 25% to 100%.
The Indian School of Business (ISB) has announced the ISB25 Scholars Programme, under which 250 scholarships will be awarded every year across its Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). The initiative has been introduced as part of ISB’s 25th anniversary celebrations and is aimed at making management education more accessible to candidates from diverse economic, geographical and professional backgrounds.
The scholarships will provide tuition-fee waivers of 100%, 50%, 30% or 25%. ISB said the awards will be determined on the basis of a combination of merit and financial need. The programme is intended to support high-potential candidates who may face financial barriers to pursuing management education at the institution.

ISB has not yet published detailed eligibility criteria specifically for the new ISB25 Scholars Programme. However, the institution’s existing scholarship framework indicates that merit-based awards consider factors including the overall application, academic background, GMAT or GRE performance, work experience and interview performance. Need-based financial aid is assessed using financial documentation and other supporting information.
According to ISB, all eligible PGP applicants are automatically considered for available merit-linked tuition waivers, with no separate application required for such awards. Its existing scholarship framework also includes need-based, diversity and other category-specific financial aid. The school currently offers tuition waivers ranging from 25% to 100% for qualifying candidates.
The ISB25 initiative comes alongside other measures announced to mark the institution’s 25th anniversary. ISB plans to establish the India Research Commons, a national platform intended to provide researchers with access to curated datasets, research tools, methodological resources and AI-enabled research infrastructure.

The business school has also announced a national faculty development programme that will share teaching methods, classroom practices and technology enabled learning approaches with management institutions across India. These initiatives are part of ISB’s broader efforts to expand access to management education while contributing to research and faculty development.
The announcement builds on ISB’s recent expansion of financial support. Its PGP in Management for Young Leaders, launched in 2025, had an inaugural batch of 130 students, with more than one-third receiving tuition-fee waivers.
