Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has started accepting registration for SNAP 2025, the national-level Computer-Based Test (CBT) for all the MBA aspirants who wish to seek admission to one of its 17 constituent institutes. The candidates will have to register on snaptest.org. The registration and payment window will be open from August 1 until November 20, 2025.

The SNAP exam has three test dates: December 6, December 14, and December 20, 2025, and 79 test cities across the country. The candidates can undertake all three exam sessions, but only the best score will be taken into account for admission consideration.

A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST) is required for admission into an MBA program. Applicants with a foreign degree must obtain equivalency certification from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Details of the exam: The exam consists of 60 objective-type questions on General English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative & Data Interpretation, to be answered in 60 minutes. The marking scheme will provide +1 for a correct answer and -0.25 for an incorrect answer.

Once a candidate has appeared for SNAP, the next stage, if eligible, will be a Group Exercise for 10 marks, a Personal Interview for 40 marks and a written ability test (WAT). The final merit will be decided on an overall score comprising SNAP (scaled to 50 marks) and the three components mentioned above. Final results will be published on January 9, 2026.

SNAP is the entrance exam for MBA admissions in various Symbiosis institutions, including SIBM Pune, SCMHRD Pune, SIBM Bengaluru, SIMS Pune, and others.
