CAT 2025 Registration Closes Today at 5 PM
- CAT 2025 registration ends September 13, 2025, at 5 PM on iimcat.ac.in.
- Exam on November 30 across 170 cities; fees Rs 1,300–2,600.
- Admit cards from November 5; results due January 2026
The registration window for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, which is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, will close today at 5 PM. Interested candidates can register for the exam through the official website, iimcat.ac.in. CAT is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2025, across approximately 170 cities in India. Candidates will have the chance to select their preferred test cities - a maximum of five - during registration. Once a test center is assigned to a candidate, changes will not be allowed.
The registration fee for SC, ST, and PwD candidates is Rs 1300; for all other candidates Rs 2600. No refunds will be provided in any circumstances. A mock test will be provided for candidates on the official website to get familiar with the exam format, which is a 120-minute test. Candidates can download their admit card from November 5 to November 30, 2025. Result announcements are expected within the first week of January 2026.

The IIMs that will participate in the selection process will be: Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bangalore, Bodh Gaya, Calcutta, Indore, Jammu, Kashipur, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Rohtak, Sambalpur, Shillong, Sirmaur, Tiruchirappalli, Udaipur, and Visakhapatnam.

- Access the Registration Link: Click on the CAT 2025 registration link on the homepage.
- Enter Registration Details: Provide the required details on the new page that opens.
- Complete the Application Form: After registration, fill out the application form and make the payment (Rs 1300 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates; Rs 2600 for others).
- Submit and Save: Submit the form and save the confirmation page for future reference.
