Established in the year 1980, under the trusteeship of Shri Kandula Obul Reddy Charities, KSRM College of Engineering is cherishing the noble idea of Late Kandula Obul Reddy to provide technical education in the Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. The college is located seven kilometers away from Kadapa Town on Kadapa to Pulivendula Highway Andhra Pradesh.The institute believes that to make learners industry-ready it is important to inculcate them with hands-on practical knowledge along with curriculum knowledge. The industry-specific academic structure of KSRMCE offers its students various undergraduate and postgraduate courses along with some certification programmes.

Students are regularly advised to keep track of their progress with the assistance of trustworthy professionals, and motivational talks are given. All of the professors frequently attended AICTE, UGC, and DST-sponsored Short Term Training Programs and Faculty Development Programs. Faculty members attend and complete MOOC courses in advanced areas regularly to remain updated. Faculty Development Programs are held regularly in each of the departments. Financial assistance is available from KSRMCE to help students develop their skills by attending workshops, conferences, and out-of-institute excursions.

At KSRMCE, the Training and Placement cell works relentlessly to provide students with the best job opportunities. Every year, an effective and focused training customized to top MNCs is held. As part of their preparation, students are required to complete many exams, group discussions, and mock interviews.

KSRMCE has signed Memorandums of Understanding with reputed business, IT, and academic organizations. As part of the MoU, the students will participate in internships and receive training in cutting-edge technology. Field tours and company visits are also available to students. Some of the organizations are hiring students. Faculty and students actively participate in the Companies' partnership work.

Students participate in Seed financing projects to gain real-

world work experience while still in school. Robotics, artificial intelligence, non-destructive systems, and bio-fuelengines are all major research areas of KSRMCE.

Under our institute's research policy,faculty and students are eligible for financial aid and laboratory facilities. The goal of research centres is to address the demands of interested parties. Various funding bodies, such as DST, UGC, AICTE, and others, receive research ideas regularly.

Regularly research proposals are submitted to various funding agencies like DST, UGC, AICTE and other. At our institue, we organize regular start-up idea contests to highlisht students' uniques ideas, says Reddy.

"KSRMCE is Andhrapradesh's oldest institute, having been founded in 1980. Our Institute has experienced faculty in all strams. In the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA), our institute received a band 'B' rating. ICT is available in all of the classrooms and seminar halls. WiFi with a speed of 500Mbps is available on campus and in the hostels.

All departments have well-established laboratories. More than 80% of graduating students are placed in reputable organizations in the IT and Core sectors. To meet the research needs of students and staff, the Centre for Research and Innovation at KSRMCE has advanced research laboratories such as Dassault, NI Lab view, Solar Microgrid, Android, 3D Printer, and so on. The MHRD (Government of India) has given our institute's IIC (Institution Innovation Council) five stars rating. Our institute received more than 2 crore rupees in funding from various funding agencies such as DST, UGC, and AICTE for research projects, laboratory establishment, and Faculty Development Programs. Our Institute has been designated as an incubation centre by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) of the Government of India", shares.
