He has an esteemed profile as an Admission Counselor, examination controller, and member of the Academic Council for several prestigious organizations and universities in the state. With a research experience of more than 30 years, Dr. Jha has been a part of U.G.C. Sponsored Minor Research Project on the Effectiveness of a Performance Appraisal System for Teacher's Education.
