The U.S.-India TRUST Fellowship is a public-private partnership supported by the U.S. Consulate General Chennai, Pratiksha Trust and Mazumdar Shaw Philanthropy. The programme is hosted by IIT Madras, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), creating a platform for global research exchange and innovation.
The fellowship is designed for postdoctoral researchers and early-career faculty members who are working in priority research areas. Selected fellows will spend 12 months at participating Indian institutions, where they will collaborate with academic experts, develop research projects and contribute to advancements in science and technology.
