World Bank Group Launches WBG Pioneers Internship

The WBG is pleased to announce the commencement of this exciting internship program, which offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a unique opportunity for involvement with hands-on experience in the challenges of global development in which the Bank is involved and to keep knowledge of the commitment of the World Bank toward reduction of poverty and improving shared prosperity around the world.

The World Bank Group Internship Program is open to students from various disciplines, including economics, finance, engineering, and social sciences, targeting students who are passionate about international development.

With this internship program, the students get an opportunity to work on actual tasks together with international professionals, thus gaining more knowledge about international development issues as well as various career opportunities within international organizations.

Interns will be assigned to different offices of the WBG around the world and will contribute towards the work of the organization in the following areas poverty reduction, education, health, climate change, and development of infrastructure.
