Recently India has emerged into a bustling tech start-up hub. From being an outsourcing hub to now actually being home to thousands of startups (Flipkart, Ola, Zomato and so on) and many international offices (Facebook, Amazon, Uber, Google, to name a few), the country is gradually getting into the big picture of `business'. The optimum young population of the country is enough zealous to write a new history in the business world with its own innovative business models. Creativity and innovation are at its peak, where the fresh graduates/ students are coming up with business ideas which are unimaginable. The term 'intrapreneur' is also getting fair popularity among the graduates.

The graduates who aspire to join a reputed company after they are done with their respective courses are no more only willing to mind their own job but they aim to develop an innovative idea or project within the company they are working for.  Organizations all over the world also notably prefer to take on board the candidates who have the urge to contribute productively to the company.
