Delhi University Opens Jobs, Internships Up to ₹6 Lakh

Synopsis: Delhi University's Central Placement Cell has invited applications for internship and placement opportunities with 19M Academy and PlanetSpark. Eligible students and alumni can apply by July 22, 2026.

Applications are sought from eligible candidates for the internship and placement drive by the Central Placement Cell (CPC), Dean Students’ Welfare, University of Delhi, via two recruitment drives. These positions have been announced by 19M Academy and PlanetSpark and offer candidates an opportunity to gain experience in business development in addition to lucrative pay and growth opportunities in their careers.

All the students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD courses from the University of Delhi, along with its alumni, are eligible for participating in the recruitment drive. This is a part of the ongoing efforts of the university to enhance its association with industry to help make its students more employable.

An opportunity that comes up is an internship at 19M Academy for 6 months in the capacity of Business Development Associate which would pay a stipend of ₹15,000 each month, apart from incentives which could be up to ₹10,000 each month depending upon the performance of the selected candidates. After evaluating the performance of the candidate during the internship period, Pre Placement Offer (PPO) would be given by 19M Academy for employment which would have a salary of ₹4 to ₹6 lakhs annually.

Additionally, the CPC has also launched an FTE vacancy for the position of Business Development Counselor with PlanetSpark. This job is based out of Gurugram, and the position is suitable for regular undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students of Delhi University. During the course of training, the selected candidates will be paid around ₹21,428 per month, in addition to some performance-related bonuses. After the training program, the salary package is expected to comprise a fixed annual salary of ₹4.1 lakh and a variable performance-based salary of up to ₹2.4 lakh, which sums up to ₹6.5 lakh annually.

The interested candidates need to register themselves with the Central Placement Cell before the closing date of the application process. The selected candidates then take part in the recruitment process as per the hiring organizations. It is recommended by the University authorities that the students should apply for the program at the earliest.
