Jamia Millia Islamia has opened its free civil services coaching program for the 2026 examination cycle, which enables underprivileged students to apply for the program.

The university's Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) operates the program to deliver organized training that prepares students for both the preliminary and main stages of the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

The initiative targets candidates from minority groups and Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) and women to create equal opportunities for high-quality coaching which all candidates should have.

The coaching programme provides free access to its educational and support facilities which are available to all students. Selected candidates receive comprehensive classroom training, mentorship from experienced faculty and former civil servants, regular mock tests, and interview preparation.

The academy offers hostel accommodation together with library access and other essential resources to create a focused learning environment.

Candidates need to complete registration by the designated deadline because the application process requires them to apply through online channels. The selection process includes multiple stages which begin with a written test and end with an interview.
