Oracle to Train 3 Lakh Professionals in AI and Cloud Skills

Oracle is collaborating with the Uttar Pradesh State Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) to provide advanced technology training to 300,000 students and professionals across Uttar Pradesh. The initiative focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, cybersecurity and data science, aiming to create a skilled workforce prepared for the demands of the digital economy.
The programme is designed to enhance employability and support career growth by providing learners with access to structured digital education and industry-relevant certifications. Oracle is working with the state government to strengthen technology skills among youth and professionals while supporting Uttar Pradesh’s broader digital transformation goals.
Under the collaboration, participants receive training through Oracle MyLearn, Oracle University’s digital learning platform. The programme offers more than 300 hours of structured learning covering key technology areas, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OCI Enterprise AI, OCI Data Science, Oracle APEX, OCI DevOps and Oracle Security.
The initiative provides learners with foundational knowledge as well as advanced professional training pathways. Participants can earn certifications and digital badges that demonstrate their expertise and improve their readiness for specialised technology roles. The programme is expected to help bridge the growing demand for skilled professionals in emerging technology sectors.
