The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, in partnership with TimesPro, has begun the admission process for the fifth cohort of the Executive Programme in Healthcare Management (EPHM).
The 12-month, LIVE online EPHM provides students with modern management skills specifically designed for healthcare. The curriculum develops strong skills in leadership, organizational design, strategy, marketing, organizational communication, operations, economics, human resources, finance, accounting, and information systems, allowing professionals to implement evidence-based management in intricate clinical and non-clinical environments.
Two five-day campus experiences throughout the journey enhance peer learning and instructor involvement. The design centers on three main axes - Healthcare Context, Sector-Specific, and Functional Modules - to enhance comprehension of regulatory and ethical frameworks, public policy, comparative health systems, hospital operations, data and digital health, health economics, and technology as a strategic enabler. Students apply their learning through projects, cases, and a capstone, leading to immediate implementation in their work environment.
