The application deadline for the blended MBA (bMBA) program at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has been extended to August 31, 2025. The initiative, aimed at professionals and entrepreneurs looking to accelerate their careers, is set to begin on September 25, 2025.

The blended MBA program integrates online and on-campus education, providing attendees with the convenience of virtual live classes and the enriching experience of in-person interactions at the institution's campus. Featuring advanced lecture halls, online learning platforms, and case-driven teaching strategies, the program seeks to provide a smooth and hands-on educational experience.

According to IIM-Lucknow, the bMBA is driven by the principle “Lead Smarter: Anytime, Anywhere through flexible, future-ready learning.” Its fundamental attributes consist of a modular and cohesive framework designed to harmonize work and education, practical learning with direct relevance to the workplace, exposure to innovative tools and technologies, and a significant focus on cultivating ethical and responsible leadership.

Emphasizing the concept driving the initiative, Prof. Sanjay Singh, Dean (Programmes), IIM Lucknow, said, “This program is designed to have a perfect work-academic-life balance, without any compromise on the learning aspect of it. The blended MBA is more than a formal degree; it’s a gateway for ambitious professionals to learn, innovate, and lead with impact. We are committed to empower every participant to achieve excellence and create meaningful transformation in business.”

The program will include case studies, group discussions, software training, and project-based learning to improve essential skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. The initiative is aimed at promoting continuous learning, an essential characteristic for enduring leadership in both Indian and worldwide scenarios.
