The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has initiated the application process for the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE), which is available at its Noida campus.
The two-year MBA program is designed for professionals looking to improve their leadership and managerial skills. PGPWE, initiated in 2005, has generated 19 graduating classes, with graduates occupying senior leadership roles in various fields such as technology, finance, and consulting. The weekend schedule is planned for every other Friday to Sunday.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with at least 50 percent marks and have three years of work experience by March 31, 2026. It will take into account exam scores such as CAT 2023/2024, GMAT/GMAT Focus Edition, GRE, or its own PGPWE entrance examination, scheduled for December 2025. Around 65 individuals are accepted in each group.
According to IIM Lucknow, the PGPWE spans two years and consists of 28 credits. The initial year concentrates on instructing subjects such as marketing, finance, operations, and strategy, whereas the following year enables students to specialize in selected fields along with a dissertation project.

The overall fees for PGPWE amount to ₹11 lakh, plus an extra ₹4.5 lakh for the international module that includes travel, visa, and lodging costs. Students must provide a refundable deposit of ₹10,000 and a membership fee of ₹5,000 for alumni.
Students must submit their applications online on the IIM Lucknow PGPWE website by November 20, 2025. Candidates on the shortlist will be invited to participate in a written examination and a personal interview. The last proposal will be made by January 19, 2026. Courses for the upcoming group will start in April 2026.
