IIT Mandi’s Integrated 5-Year MBA Program open till June 3, 2025

• IT Mandi offers 5-year MBA in Data Science & AI; apply by June 3.
• Students get BBA and MBA degrees with internship and startup help.
• Admission: JEE Main (70%) + interview (30%); 72 seats, 20% for girls.

To equip students for management and leadership positions in a more data-centric and AI-driven business environment, IIT Mandi has opened applications for its 5-year Integrated MBA Program. The deadline for applications for its Five-Year program has been postponed until 3rd June 2025.

This distinctive program, provided by the School of Management at IIT Mandi, grants two degrees: a BBA in Analytics (Honors) and an MBA in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DS&AI), allowing students to commence their management education immediately after 12th grade.

The curriculum combines core business courses with sophisticated analytics and Artificial Intelligence. It highlights practical experience through a semester-long internship, while providing flexibility for entrepreneurial activities through access to the institute’s incubation center and a one-year sabbatical option to engage in significant entrepreneurial projects.

Graduates of this program will become ethical, socially accountable, and data-oriented business decision makers. Candidates will be selected for the shortlist according to their final NTA scores achieved in the JEE (Mains) Examination (Paper-1) 2025. A chosen few of the shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. 

The ultimate choice will rely on a combined score calculated by assigning 70% importance to the final NTA score from the JEE (Mains) Examination (Paper-1) 2025 and 30% importance to the results of the personal interview.

The intake for the academic year 2025-26 has risen to 72, which includes 20 percent female students exclusively, counting supernumerary seats.

The IMBA program at IIT Mandi provides a distinct chance for students to obtain a master’s degree in management right after completing their 12th grade.
