According to the notification, the recruitment includes 11,508 Assistant Teacher vacancies in urban primary schools and 897 Assistant Teacher posts attached to primary schools in aided institutions. Candidates can submit applications through the commission's online portal using the One-Time Registration (OTR) facility.

The online application process begins on September 16, 2026.
