BodhBridge ESPL was launched in 2008 by alumni of IIT Madras and they offer specialized assessments for Employability Bench-marking through `Placement Ready' and Career Choice through `My Choice, My Future ­ MCMF'. BodhBridge closely works with UG and PG colleges by providing an online learning and assessment tool called Placement Ready. MCMF Tool has been developed by BodhBridge in collaboration with the faculty and researchers from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras. The two masterminds behind this innovative product includes Prof. L.S. Ganesh, a very popular name in the education space and Balaraju Kondaveeti Co-Founder and CEO BodhBridge Educational Services.
