FMS Delhi MBA Admission 2027 Applications Open

FMS Delhi opens MBA admission applications for the 2027–2029 batch. Eligible graduates must apply by November 25, 2026, with selection based on CAT 2026 scores, academic records and further assessment rounds.
The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, has opened applications for its two-year, full-time MBA programme for the 2027–2029 batch. Eligible candidates can submit their application forms online by November 25, 2026. Admission will be based on CAT 2026 scores, academic performance and subsequent selection rounds.
The programme is open to graduates from different academic disciplines who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. Candidates must register separately on the FMS Delhi admission portal, as appearing for CAT 2026 alone does not complete the institute’s application process.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree after completing 12 years of formal schooling. The degree must meet the university’s prescribed requirements, and candidates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
Candidates in the unreserved category must secure at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA in their qualifying degree. Applicants belonging to the SC and ST categories require passing marks, while candidates from the OBC non-creamy layer, EWS, PwBD and CW categories must meet the applicable minimum of 45%, as specified under university rules.
Students appearing for their final-year bachelor’s degree examinations can also apply, provided they fulfil the eligibility conditions when their results are declared and submit the required documents within the prescribed deadline.
FMS Delhi will shortlist candidates for the interview process based on their CAT 2026 performance. The weighted CAT score will assign 40% weightage to Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), 30% to Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and 30% to Quantitative Ability (QA).
Shortlisted candidates will participate in further assessment rounds, including a discussion on the Statement of Purpose (SOP), an extempore and a personal interview.
The final selection will consider the weighted CAT score, Class 10 and Class 12 marks, SOP discussion, extempore performance and personal interview. The prescribed selection framework assigns 50% weightage to CAT performance, 10% each to Class 10 and Class 12 marks, 10% to the SOP discussion, 5% to the extempore and 15% to the personal interview. Candidates should check the current admission bulletin for the complete selection rules.
