IIM Bangalore Opens BBA Digital Business Applications

The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore has opened applications for the third batch of its Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship (BBA-DBE) programme for the 2026 academic cycle.
The undergraduate program provides students with contemporary business education together with digital and entrepreneurial competencies which fulfill the increasing need for professionals who can work in technology-based business environments. The course is delivered entirely through online channels, which enables students from throughout the nation to obtain premium educational resources without the need to move.
The BBA-DBE program offers a three-year duration to students who can complete their studies within a six-year timeframe. The program operates through its modular system which provides students with three different certification paths that include a first-year certificate, a second-year diploma, and a complete degree program which extends through three years.
The program design which offers flexible learning paths corresponds with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 standards that support student-centered education methods.

The admissions process for the 2026 batch started in April and will remain open until June 30 2026. The official portal allows candidates to submit their online applications while IIMB DBE entrance test results serve as the main criteria for selection.
The institution accepts national-level exam results from CUET and JEE Main as additional admission criteria. The entrance examination is likely to occur in July with results provided in August and program start scheduled for September 2026.
The curriculum includes digital strategy, entrepreneurship, business management, and real-world project-based learning as its main areas of study. The program prepares students for startup work and digital enterprise employment and corporate positions that need innovative and adaptable skills.
