The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Retailers Association of India (RAI) to bolster retail education, skill enhancement, and research via improved cooperation between industry and academia.

The MoU was executed by IIM Sambalpur director Prof Mahadeo Jaiswal and RAI’s director of Retail Learning & Member Relations, Lawrence Fernandes, in front of faculty members, students, and RAI representatives. According to the agreement, IIM-Sambalpur will obtain academic membership from RAI, providing access to RAI’s vast industry network and numerous collaborative opportunities.
