The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has commenced the admission process for its postgraduate programmes for the 2026–27 academic session, inviting applications from candidates who have appeared for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate programmes (CUET-PG) 2026. Interested applicants can submit their forms through the university’s official admission portal, with the registration window remaining open until June 8, 2026.

The university is offering admissions to 42 postgraduate programmes across various disciplines, including arts, sciences, social sciences, management, and professional studies. UoH has announced a total intake of 1,295 seats across these programmes, making it one of the largest postgraduate admission exercises among central universities in India. Admissions for most courses will be based on CUET-PG 2026 scores, while certain specialised programmes may follow additional selection procedures as prescribed by the university.

Candidates seeking admission are required to complete the online application process by providing their CUET-PG details, academic information, and programme preferences through the designated portal. University officials have advised applicants to review the eligibility criteria carefully before applying and to complete the registration process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.

Recognised as an Institution of Eminence, the university attracts students from across the country seeking advanced education and research opportunities in diverse fields.
