UPSSSC Excise Constable Result 2026 Out, Cut-Off Released

UPSSSC declares the Excise Constable Eligibility Result 2026, shortlisting 32,891 candidates for the main examination. The commission also releases category-wise cut-off marks for recruitment to 820 vacancies.

UP Subordinate Services Selection Commission has declared UPSSSC Excise Constable Eligibility Result 2026, shortlisting a total of 32,891 candidates for the next round in the recruitment process. The applicants who have taken the eligibility exam are now advised to visit the official UPSSSC website to view their result. The selected candidates will be able to write the Main Exam, the details regarding the schedule of which will be notified separately.

This recruitment campaign is geared towards the filling of the 820 posts of Excise Constable (Abkari Sipahi) at the Uttar Pradesh Excise Department. The eligible candidate list has been made after considering the marks obtained by the candidates in the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025, keeping in view the guidelines set forth by the commission for the recruitment process.

Apart from the result, the UPSSSC has also announced the cut-off marks based on the categories. For Unreserved (UR), OBC, and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) aspirants, the qualifying marks are 69.13. On the other hand, the cut-off marks for SC aspirants are 66.80 and for ST candidates it is 52.86.

The candidates have the facility to check their results by logging into the UPSSSC website and giving their registration number, date of birth, gender, and captcha code. This result shows whether the candidate is eligible for the Main Exam or not, and it is recommended that candidates should save a copy of the result for future reference. More information about the main exam application process, exam date, admit card, and document verification will be provided by the Commission shortly.

The chosen applicants who pass through all the recruitment process stages will be recruited as Excise Constables in Pay Matrix Level-3 with a salary between ₹19,900 and ₹63,200 a month, including allowances. With the release of the eligibility list, the recruitment process enters into its next stage, and thousands of candidates get closer to their dream job in the Excise Department of Uttar Pradesh.
