The University comprises of six constituent colleges offering UG and PG programs in Engineering and Technology, Architecture and Design, Business Management and Commerce, Law and Governance, Fashion Design and Merchandising, and Arts, Science and Humanities. Each has a long-standing legacy in delivering world class education though modern teaching methodologies, multi-dimensional industry integration, student exchange programs and international internships. The University offers a unique 13:1 student-faculty ratio, which is an aspirational number to achieve even in foreign universities.

The Campus
What was once a desert two decades ago is now a sprawling lush green campus spread over 265 acres. It boasts of around 26, 000 trees and shrubs of 300 species. Stately statues, imposing fountains and tranquil water bodies, adorn the carefully planned campus. Manicured lawns laced with extensive flower beds, streets and avenues lined with trees, are home to exotic birds and aquatic animals. Ornithologists and lepidopterists from World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and other nature conservation organizations visit the Campus regularly. Mody University is a proud WWF certified campus.
It has a world-class residential campus, with unique environment friendly infrastructure, with state-of-the-art classrooms in palatial buildings, two grand auditoriums, 48 certified laboratories, six college libraries, a modern multi-cuisine cafeteria, large playgrounds, and a grand dining hall. A prayer-cum-meditation hall called Tapovan is central to the spirit of the campus.
International Collaborations
Mody University is the first Women University to have International collaborations with France, Germany, USA, Switzerland and Canada. It has collaborated with more than 20 international renowned foreign universities - Universite de Nantes (France); Ecole Des Mines de Nantes, Nantes, (France); Stony Brook University (USA); University of Missouri (USA); University of North Texas (USA); and Florida International University (USA), to name just a few. Many students are regularly selected for paid internships and research fellowships by noted foreign institutes.
Career Development Center (CDC)
Under the leadership of Dr. Advani, the University runs an established Career Development Center (CDC), which is responsible for the Training and Placement of the students of the constituent colleges of the University. The center consistently monitors the Industry-readiness of the students, supervises skill development programs and placement processes. As a result, Mody University has an excellent year-after-year with 100 percent placement record. Top recruiters visit the University for hiring the students and the Highest Package to date stands at 12 Lakhs. Various Industry interface programs, online education programs and webinars are also embedded into the professional curriculum.

Dr. Advani received his B. Tech from IIT, Bombay and pursued Management Studies at Mumbai University. He has specialized in the areas of Operations Management and Project Management and has an expertise in Turnaround Management. He has also acquired his Ph. D from IIT, Bombay in the area of Management of Education. His research interests encompass Globalization of Higher Education and issues related to Family Businesses. In addition to this, he has received Lifetime Achievement Award for Commitment to Excellence, Best Practices and Innovative Strategy in the field of Higher Education.
