The central library consisting of 13744 titles and 55577 volumes and also has a knowledge repository of e-digital contents like NPTEL, E-Vidya, mandatory International journals and several others. Add on to the academics, the university sponsored Vsat and E-vidya courses allow students and faculty to access huge volumes of digital course material, as per their convenience and need from the digital library. The college has been recently selected to the prestigious Quality Enhancement in Engineering Education (QEEE) programme of the Union HRD Ministry for selected 100 Engineering colleges throughout India.
The college management has put in considerable amount of effort to make their students to meet the industry requirements. Even for technical course, communication skill is an important thing and the college provides separate English lab to make sure that none of their students slips when it comes to language. They have entered into MoU with various reputed industries like Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, Bosch and Intel are some of them in this list. TOCE is also a recipient of several research projects from various funding agencies like DRDO, AICTE, BRNS, NIF, VGST and VTU.
