Jindal Stainless Ties Up with IIMB for Leadership Training

Jindal Stainless has partnered with Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to launch a customised leadership training programme which will strengthen managerial skills in their organization.

The Strategic Leadership Development Programme trains experienced executives to develop their strategic thinking and business judgement and decision-making abilities which they need to operate successfully in modern business environments.

The programme selects 23 participants from different company departments to take part in its training activities. The IIM Bangalore faculty members who will conduct training sessions for these professionals will use their academic expertise and practical industry experience.

The curriculum has been designed to teach theoretical concepts which students can use to solve actual business problems they will encounter in their work environment.

The main feature of the project demonstrates its dedication to providing students with direct experience through interactive educational approaches.
