The program, beginning in July 2025, will provide students with the opportunity to learn in the classroom and learn in the operating restaurants with Barbeque Nation, allowing them to earn and learn while receiving a formal qualification.
The program will include a three-year Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Hospitality & Restaurant Operations for Class 12 (or higher) graduates, and a two-year Diploma of Vocation (D.Voc) in Hospitality Operations for Class 10 graduates. Both programs will be UGC recognised and will comply with NEP 2020 and the Academic Bank of Credits scheme.
The program will begin enrolling with 200 paid trainees across three locations, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad and hopes to roll out in all locations across the country. All current Barbeque Nation restaurant operating staff are also eligible to participate and will receive an academic qualification without having to stop working.
