Women@Dior-UNESCO Mentorship 2026–27 Opens: Who Can Apply

Young women in higher education worldwide can now submit applications for the 2026-27 edition of the Women@Dior and UNESCO mentorship program, a global initiative that integrates mentoring, education, and collaborative projects to assist the upcoming generation of women leaders.

The program aims to enhance leadership abilities, advocate for gender equality, and enable women to foster positive transformation in their communities and careers. The application period will end on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 pm. Heure de Paris (GMT +1). Applications turned in outside this official timeframe will not be taken into account.

The initiative is available to females below 30 years old who are engaged in full-time higher education. Qualified candidates should be in their last year of an undergraduate program or engaged in graduate studies. Candidates must not have taken part in the Women@Dior and UNESCO initiative before and must show fluency in English, the programme's operational language.

Students from every discipline are urged to apply, as long as they demonstrate a keen interest in women's empowerment and gender equality. A key component of the program is individual mentorship. Chosen participants are connected with mentors from Dior via a matching system that considers their professional interests and career goals.

As per the official statement, mentors assist mentees in the initial phases of their professional paths, providing advice on career planning, leadership growth, and network expansion. Every mentorship connection persists throughout the program and is essential for fulfilling requirements.

Furthermore, attendees engage in a number of interviews and discussions with representatives from Dior, UNESCO, and collaborating organizations. These meetings center on leadership, diversity, inclusion, and equity, playing a vital role in the learning process.

The educational aspect is provided via an online learning platform and comprises over 16 required courses. The program encompasses topics such as self-awareness, independence, creativity, inclusivity, and sustainable growth. These courses are intended to be undertaken in conjunction with mentorship activities and teamwork, necessitating participants' consistent commitment throughout the program.

Candidates must provide a curriculum vitae, a motivation letter of no more than 600 words, and proof of enrolment, if applicable, to apply. The motivation letter must describe the applicant's motivations for applying, interests concerning women's empowerment, and specifics of any pertinent projects or initiatives they have previously engaged in.
