The admit cards for the SBI Clerk (Junior Associate) Prelims 2025 have been issued by the State Bank of India (SBI), and candidates can download their hall tickets from the official website (sbi.co.in) for the preliminary tests that will be held on September 20, 21, and 27 (tentatively) in 2025. The recruitment drive is aimed at filling 5,180 draw clerk posts and 1,409 backlog vacancies with pay ranging from Rs 24,050 to Rs 64,480 per month.
To download the admit card, candidates need to visit sbi.co.in, click the SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2025 link, enter login details, and save the admit card printed to them. The admit card contains information about the candidates - name of the candidate, roll number, registration number, date of exam, reporting time, shift, guidelines, and an area for the signature of the invigilator. Candidates must carry a valid photo ID (PAN card, Voter ID, passport etc.) along with printed admit card to the exam center.

The SBI Clerk selection process consists of a preliminary examination (100 marks, online), a mains examination (190 marks, 2 hours 40 minutes), a Language Proficiency Test (LPT) and document verification. In the preliminary exam, there are 100 questions: 30 tests in English Language, 35 tests in Numerical Ability, and 25 tests in Reasoning Ability.
Candidates who pass the preliminary exam will progress to the mains and LPT to demonstrate their proficiency in the local language. This recruitment process will benefit India's huge banking sector, where over 1.4 million people are employed with SBI considering this alone, contributing massively to the job creation field.
