IIM Ahmedabad Opens BPGP 2026–28 Admissions

The Indian Institute Of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), has announced an application period now open for the Two-Year degree offering MBA (Post-Graduate Programme in Management),which will begin in 2026-2028.

This programme is for individuals who are already employed or entrepreneurs wanting to improve their leadership and strategic ability, while also maintaining their current jobs.

The curriculum includes both practical relevance and academic rigor and allows participants to gain stronger foundations in management, more efficient team leadership, as well as strategic decision-making within complex business environments.

Launched in 2024 to satisfy the rapidly growing demand for flexible learning enabled by technology, BPGP involves live online classes combined with immersive offline programs, thus offering a unique learning experience that can be adaptably fitted in within their busy schedule to suit their professionalism.

The mode of delivery of these programs consists of most of these online, in association with IIMA’s technology partner, VCnow, interspersed with physical modules to enhance interaction and collaboration. Enrollment to BPGP is a competitive process wherein applications are judged on their educational background, work experience, performance on a aptitude test (like CAT/GMAT/GRE or any other test specified by the institute), and preparedness level for the course.

According to IIMA, they are looking to enroll applicants that have strong work accomplishments and leadership qualifications, so they can manage work and academic responsibilities.
