IIM Nagpur Launches Blended PG Certificate in Strategy

- IIM Nagpur and TimesPro open the fifth Strategic Management programme.

The Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (IIM Nagpur), recognized as one of the fastest-growing IIMs for modern business education, has teamed up with TimesPro to unveil the fifth batch of the Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Strategic Management (PGCPSM).
The program develops diverse management skills, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of general management and leadership, and empowers them to evaluate and tackle the complex challenges encountered by senior decision-makers in the context of organizational change.
The 12-month integrated Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Strategic Management cultivates and enhances professionals into skilled strategists, capable organisation creators, and impactful change makers, focusing on the development and implementation of strategy at both business and corporate tiers.
The curriculum includes various tools and data-driven decision-making frameworks, offers a design thinking experience, and enhances general management, strategy, and leadership skills to create strategies that can be executed across business functions. Organizations in healthcare, technology, IT services, financial services, and manufacturing increasingly rely on strategic knowledge as strategy consulting firms broaden their digital transformation offerings.
The Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Strategic Management consists of three modules—Strategy & Environmental Scanning, Strategy Formulation & Implementation, and Strategic Leadership & Sustainable Development—covering 19 subjects.

It features a capstone business simulation and project-oriented solutions for actual organizational challenges. Faculty also provides weekly Chamber Consulting, while participants will engage in a three-day campus immersion at IIM Nagpur to collaborate with faculty and industry colleagues. After the program, participants will be prepared to investigate advisory positions, implement business support frameworks, create revenue-boosting and cost-reduction plans, establish strong management practices, and drive and oversee change.
The program will be held through TimesPro’s Interactive Learning (IL) platform and provided via the Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode. The teaching approach includes lectures, case analyses, simulation activities, role-playing, team projects, and various hands-on exercises. Students will obtain alumni status after successfully finishing. Candidates possessing a bachelor’s degree or a two-year master’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any field, accompanied by at least three years of professional experience, are qualified to apply.
