IIMK, Emeritus Launch Senior Course in AI & Strategic Leadership

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) partnered with Emeritus to launch the Senior Management Programme to provide senior leaders with competencies in AI, strategy, and digital transformation.

According to PwC’s 27th Annual Global CEO Survey, 69% of CEOs emphasize the importance of workforce upskilling for Generative AI, underscoring the necessity for adaptive leadership.

The year-long program, commencing on June 28, 2025, is designed for senior professionals and mid-level managers seeking leadership positions. It provides a mix of strategic insight, AI-powered decision-making, and digital transformation expertise via live online classes, a 6-day on-campus experience at IIMK, business simulations, and a capstone project.

Primary focus areas include Generative AI, cybersecurity, and platform strategy, maintaining significance in the current evolving business environment.

The programme starts on June 28, 2025, and spans 12 months, delivered in an online format with live sessions. It is priced at INR 6,23,000 plus GST. Eligibility criteria include graduates or diploma holders with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.

Participants must maintain at least 75% attendance to receive an IIMK certificate. The programme’s rigorous curriculum and peer learning from a diverse cohort aim to enhance leadership credibility and support professional growth in a rapidly evolving market.
