IIT Delhi Launches Executive Programme in Brand Management

The Continuing Education Programme (CEP) at IIT Delhi has launched a six-month Executive Programme in Brand Management, aimed at students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals seeking an organized entry into the branding and marketing fields.
The program comes at a time of rising global spending on brand management, underlining the growing role of brand strategy, digital communication, and consumer insight in business decision-making.
The Executive Programme aims to bridge academia and industry by focusing on practical, job-relevant skills. According to IIT Delhi, the certification is delivered through live online sessions, combining theoretical concepts with real-world applications.
The program includes 17 modules covering core and advanced aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, consumer behavior, digital branding, integrated marketing communication, analytics, and global brand strategy.
The programme will begin in January 2026, with classes held on Sundays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, allowing students and working professionals to balance academic or job commitments. It is open to graduates from all disciplines under the 10+2+3 framework.

From a student perspective, the Executive Programme opens pathways to roles such as Brand Executive, Marketing Associate, Digital Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, and Assistant Brand Manager across industries including FMCG, retail, technology, media, e-commerce, healthcare, and consumer services.
The curriculum reflects current industry trends, emphasizing digital-first branding, social media strategies, and the use of AI-powered analytics to understand consumer behavior, preparing learners with future-ready, cross-industry skills.
