IIM Raipur Launches Six Leadership Management Programmes

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has announced its upcoming Management Development Programs (MDPs) for the months of October and November 2025. The program is designed for professionals to grasp various initiatives, starting with Financial Risk Management and Interpreting Organizational Politics in October.
According to the press release, these initiatives seek to enhance management skills in fields such as finance, risk management, human resources, and organizational behavior. As November progresses, the institute will offer programmes on Corporate Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Franchising for Business Growth, further improving skills in communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic management.
The six programs, conducted by the faculty at IIM Raipur, aim to tackle issues in finance, human resources, strategy, and communications.
From 21 to 23 October 2025, Dr. Pranith Kumar Roy will lead a Financial Risk Management programme within the Finance and Accounting domain, lasting three days. As November 2025 approaches, numerous initiatives are scheduled in various areas. In the Communications sector, Dr Archana Parashar and Dr Mrunal Chavda will conduct a four-day Corporate Communication program from November 1 to 4.

In the realm of Strategic Management, Dr. Satyasiba Das will lead a three-day workshop on Strategic Thinking from November 16 to 18, and Dr. Sandeep S. will follow with another three-day course on Franchising for Business Growth from November 21 to 23.
